Tone up for Summer with Steph, is new for Spring 2018.

This class will consist of a head to toe work out where together we will strengthen, tone and shape the body.

You can expect to work out the arms, chest, shoulders, back, bum, core/abs, thighs, calves and hamstrings.

Each week will be filled with variety, muscle development and good technique.
