Click here to book now – At this class you can expect a mixture of aerobics from low to high impact (depending on class attended see above descriptions), where options are served for everyone.  This class will suit all types of fitness levels and abilities.  Following the aerobic session you will complete a series of strength and toning exercises for the legs, tummy, chest, arms, abdominal area/core and your bottom.  Both sections of this class will vary each week / fortnight bringing you variety, technique, development and fun!
