THE NUTRITION, HOME BASED / EASY TO DO FITNESS PLAN + PERSONAL TRAINING costs a one off fee of £450 (saving you £260)

  • Initial consultation – normally £35
  • Full nutrition fact sheet & your guide to healthy eating and weight loss – normally £50
  • Home based progressive fitness plan renewed and discussed at weeks 1, 5 and 9 – normally £100
  • Fitness and Nutrition check in’s + four weekly fitness testing with me at the Sandyhurst Lane ‘Home Gym’ at week 4, 8 and 12 to make sure your healthy living and home based fitness and personal training plans are working for you and are on track.  Normally £35 per session (total £105).
  • One personal training session every week with me at my home based gym in Sandyhurst Lane, Ashford for a total of 12 weeks – normally £35 per hour (total £420).
  • Overall cost for comparison normally £ 710 – you save £260 if your consultation takes place before the 1st December 2018.


I have had some amazing successes with clients who work with me for a period of 12 weeks so on this basis i would recommend that your approach to BUNDLE FOUR – THE NUTRITION, HOME BASED FITNESS PLAN + PERSONAL TRAINING, is that you sign up to this for the 12 week timeline and that you actively take part in the check ins with me at weeks 4, 8 and 12 whilst also maintaining your personal training sessions every week for 12 weeks (holidays / sickness acceptable).  This will give you maximum return for your investment of £450 and the best chances of success.  However, where suitable the 12 week plan is available in 4 and 8 week options and is also available to couple, pairs, partners and colleagues which can really help reduce cost.
