Tone up, the one weight work out, started in Spring 2018 and has grown in popularity.
This class consists of the famous ‘one weight’ workout from head to toe. You will learn new skills, work with dumbbells and build lean muscle, toning as you go. You can expect to work out the arms, chest, shoulders, back, bum, core/abs, thighs, calves and hamstrings. Weights are provided but clients are asked to bring their own mats for hygiene purposes. Max capacity 20 in order each participant gets coached, developed and overall a great value for money workout.
