Click here to book now – At this class you can expect a mixture of aerobics from low to high impact (depending on your own ability and exercise levels).  This class will suit all types of fitness levels and abilities as i cater for everyone.  Following the aerobic session you will complete a series of strength and toning exercises for the legs, tummy, chest, arms, abdominal area/core and bottom.  Both sections of this class will vary each week / fortnight bringing you variety, technique, development and fun!
